The meetings for the Burnaby critique group are temporarily cancelled, due to the public health guidelines around the COVID-19 virus.
The Burnaby critique group meets once per month on a Saturday, from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at a home near Metropolis at Metrotown Mall, in the Greater Vancouver area.
It is open to people who write picture books for children, as well as people who write for middle grade and young adult readers; we also look at query and cover letters. This group is open to everyone, both members and non-members.
Please be sure to bring 10-12 copies of your picture book text or of a chapter from your novel (not more than 10-12 pages, 12-point font double-spaced).
